Two years later, that little man has delighted us in his growth, made us laugh daily and thoroughly challenged us to within an inch of our sanity. He is such a smart, curious, energetic and inventive person and I love seeing him be just who he is. He has learned all of his letters (he finally got Q while we were in DC), the numbers 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9 and 10, the colors blue, green, yellow and red, how to say Thank you, Love you, NO, please and many, many more. He can identify Starbucks and knows exactly what kind of milk he wants from them, he can unload the dishwasher of the silverware and put it in the drawer, he can clean up his room and knows how to put his books away. He can instigate tickle fights, eat a full double cheeseburger from McDonald's and point out his favorite characters from SuperWHY, Sesame Street and Little Einsteins.
I can't wait to see what happens in the next 2, 5 and 10 years with him in our family. An although we're sick right now, we're still going to chow down on some cupcakes tonight and I can't wait to post the messy pictures.

I can't believe he's already two. How did that happen? And happy late birthday. I hope you had a wonderful day!
