Clan of the Cave Bear
Oh my gosh! I finished reading this book a few days ago and I've already started on the second book in the series and it's SO good. My mother read this book right before or after having my older sister and I can only imagine how it made her feel. This writer will rip your heart out only to fill it bursting with happiness a few chapters later. I loved this book and encourage everyone to read it.

This is a life changing series for me. It gets a little steamy but I'm intrigued by medicinal plants and old ways of doing things. One day I want to try to make soap from scratch!!
